Since transforming my life, to become self-employed, I have enjoyed nearly 200 hours of coaching; supporting others to achieve their version of transformation and personal fulfillment.

Extensive experience working with multi-national organisations and leading on the delivery of major programmes for leadership development, cultural change, retail transformation and customer-focus. At a more intimate level, I also work as an Executive Coach.

From that knowing I invite experimentation with behaviour and new approaches to unlock development. With a background as an HR Director in multinationals, my passion is helping leaders and leadership teams to flourish and be at their authentic best, more consistently – all with the objective of driving outstanding business performance. Clients value the way my consulting and coaching work is underpinned by in-depth psychological training and my own experience of navigating the complex, ever changing corporate world. In addition to my work in organizations, I coach on The Leadership Programme at Henley Business School and for the INSEAD Business School.
